Rage Daily (内涵暴走漫画) is an offline-first comic browser and on-device comic maker operated by Wecomic. No account is required. The app does not provide a public feed, comments, followers, chat, or automatic upload of creations.
The app stores favorites, recent comic identifiers, hidden comic identifiers, daily unlock progress, preferences, and Maker drafts on your device. It also keeps up to 12 recent non-identifying ad diagnostic records so you can identify an ad you choose to report. Those records may include placement, redacted ad-unit information, load/display time, app version, random local context references, and Google response/source details when available. Photos you choose through Apple's photo picker are used in the Maker project you create. Rage Daily does not upload those photos, captions, drafts, exported comics, or ad diagnostics to our own server automatically.
A comic, Maker export, or report leaves the app only after you choose an action through an Apple share sheet, Mail, Files, Photos, or another destination. The destination you choose has its own privacy practices. Content reports include the relevant comic identifier and any details you enter. Ad reports include the reason and details you enter plus the selected local diagnostic record; a Google response identifier or ad source is included only when available. Nothing is sent automatically.
The free app may display ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents a regional consent or privacy message before ads are requested. Publisher ad personalization and publisher first-party ID are disabled in the app's current configuration.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP-derived coarse location, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics to deliver, limit, secure, and measure advertising. The exact processing depends on region, consent choice, device settings, and Google's services.
We require service providers used by Rage Daily to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by Apple's applicable rules. If a provider cannot do so, we will stop using that provider in the app.

Rage Daily is not directed to children and is not offered in Apple's Kids Category. The App Store age rating will be kept consistent with the content in each submitted build.
Favorites, recent history, and hidden choices remain until you reset them or uninstall the app. Maker drafts remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Up to 12 recent ad diagnostic records are replaced as newer records are saved and are removed when you uninstall the app. Google controls retention for information processed by its advertising and consent services under its policies.
We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

只有在你主动选择 Apple 系统分享面板、邮件、文件、照片或其他目标后，漫画、制作器导出内容或举报信息才会离开 App。你选择的目标服务有自己的隐私规则。内容举报会包含相关漫画标识及你主动填写的说明；广告举报会包含你填写的原因、说明和所选本地诊断记录，Google 响应标识或广告来源仅在可用时附上。App 不会自动发送任何举报。
免费版可能展示由 Google 移动广告提供的广告。在适用地区，Google User Messaging Platform 会在请求广告前显示相应的同意或隐私消息。当前 App 配置已关闭发布商广告个性化和发布商第一方 ID。
Google 及其广告合作伙伴可能会处理基于 IP 推断的大致位置、设备标识、广告展示与互动、产品互动、崩溃数据、性能数据及其他诊断信息，用于投放、限制、保护和衡量广告。实际处理方式取决于所在地区、你的同意选择、设备设置以及 Google 服务。
我们要求内涵暴走漫画使用的服务提供商提供与本政策及 Apple 适用规则相同或同等的数据保护；如果服务商无法做到，我们将停止在 App 中使用该服务商。

内涵暴走漫画并非面向儿童，也不会加入 Apple 儿童类别。最终 App Store 年龄分级会根据实际审核后的内置内容填写。
收藏、最近浏览和隐藏选择会保留到你重置它们或卸载 App；制作器草稿会保留到你删除草稿或卸载 App；最多 12 条近期广告诊断记录会随着新记录写入而被替换，并在卸载 App 时移除。Google 会依据其政策决定广告与同意服务所处理信息的保留期限。
当 App、第三方 SDK 或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部的生效日期表示当前版本。
